IMPORTANT READ EVERYTHING – Guns, Ammo, and Accessories are becoming more and more regulated. YOU are responsible for the legality and restrictions before you order! Please choose your state from the side menu to get started.

Do NOT order any items that are restricted in your State or hereby listed below. This list is not complete and is always changing. You are responsible to read this list and also know any of your state laws before ordering. Ignorance is not a valid excuse. We review every order before shipping out to make sure we are following all Federal and State laws. Any order than can’t be shipped because of legalities or specified in this list, will result in a 10% fee. We have to pay the Gun Broker, credit card, and refunding fees no matter if we have to cancel the order.

P.O. Box Shipments/Restrictions:
Farnsworth Firearms abides by all Federal Regulations regarding hazardous material shipped through United States Postal Service. A hazardous material is any article or substance designated by the U.S. Department of Transportation as being capable of posing an unreasonable risk to health, safety, or property during transportation. This includes, but is not limited to:
– Minor Blast/Minor Projection Hazard — Ammunition
– Oxidizing Substances — Batteries
– Flammable Solids — Black Powder
– Flammable and combustible liquid — Cleaners, oil, and aerosol cans

If you wish to order any hazardous material, you must provide a physical address for shipment through UPS/FedEx.

Most orders ship in 1-3 business days from the time payment is processed. Guns can take longer due to dealing with a copy of the FFL. We do not work on Saturday or Sunday.

We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to APO, FPO, Guam or Puerto Rico. Also no freight forwarders.

Once shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to you.
